CHAPTER 13: IQ, EQ – VQ?

Growing up I’ve always heard of how IQ determines someone’s worth by measuring their intelligence. In the corporate world, I was introduced to the concept of EQ, which measures how a good person manages emotions to deliver results.

Obviously the combination of both these quotients produces better results from one of it on it’s own.

Against the background of recent unethical events involving smart people around the world, this chapter puts forward the importance of emphasizing on the right values in today’s world.
