While some of us might not be comfortable with being a leader, we will never be able to fully avoid it &#8211; we are bound to be in a situation requiring us to be a leader in one way or another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">In this chapter, we will broadly discuss leadership and try to understand the factors that drives it: both positive and negative.
