That\u2019s how I felt when I woke up today. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This balancing between working at home and taking care of my son really takes a toll on me, mentally and physically.
I know I\u2019ve mentioned this before (probably repeatedly), but this test to all of us is – real. <\/p>\n\n\n\nYou will surely be tested in your possessions and in yourselves. And you will surely hear from those who were given the Scripture before you and from those who associate others with Allah much abuse. But if you are patient and fear Allah – indeed, that is of the matters [worthy] of determination.<\/p>Ali-Imran 3 : 186<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
But then I figured, if I\u2019m feeling this exhausted, what about the medical heroes at the hospitals, who have been working round the clock, in the riskiest conditions, constantly exposed to danger, probably isolating themselves from family members so that they don\u2019t get exposed too.
I have no right to complain. <\/p>\n\n\n\nToday, made a quick run to the nearby mart to replenish bread as there were only a few slices left. My son has been a fan of it these past few days.\u00a0
Luckily went I reached the mart, there were not many people. However luck wasn\u2019t on my side as there were no more bread left. <\/p>\n\n\n\nThe counter personnel told me it got sold out quickly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I got there\u00a0at about 5.45pm, just after the rain subsided. The bread stock reached the mart sometime after\u00a04pm when it was raining heavily. In just over an hour, not even single pack left.
How bread has now become a luxury.<\/p>\n\n\n\nHow ungrateful I was before, taking lightly the things that were easily available before. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
How I hope things would be back to normal soon. But the situation doesn\u2019t seem to be getting any better yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If prosperity attends him, he expresses gratitude to Allah and that is good for him; and if adversity befalls him, he endures it patiently and that is better for him”.<\/p>Muslim<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
So – everyone play your part so that we can get back to our normal lives soon, and enjoy life as it used to be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
