<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\nI used to do island trips quite a lot when I was younger in my uni days with both my school and uni hommies – almost every semester break. Just the smell of the sea and lazing around at the beach (despite the hot sun) is therapy – it\u2019s pretty awesome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I can swim but can\u2019t actually float due to my trauma of almost drowning during a swimming class back in primary school. I simply panic when my legs can\u2019t touch the ground. I\u2019m less panicky these days but still can\u2019t do it; tried at the pool back in Kota Kinabalu – probably just fat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
It\u2019s nice to be at the sea, just to see how wide open it is, uncharted horizons without limits. <\/p>\n\n\n

<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\nThe same applies to its depths where the true beauty lies, with so many secrets unrevealed and unexplored. Like anything else in life, it is not without danger, some obvious, some hidden and unexpected.<\/p>\n\n\n

<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\nThis is why I love to travel and nature, the opportunity to reflect, ponder and learn from the Almighty\u2019s creation – makes you realise how small you are and being thankful for everything Allah has given us. Alhamdulillah. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
