I did it today. It felt odd. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Definitely wasn\u2019t my best but still it didn\u2019t feel too bad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I realized that the good thing about this CDO role had allowed to do what I love most – sharing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, it\u2019s not always easy when there are a lot going internally. It\u2019s a constant battle of appearing for the moment, delivering the right messages while battling yourself against any potential hypocrisy against what you\u2019re saying.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But most times, it\u2019s really speaking to yourself, a self reminder more than anything else – that way you know you won\u2019t be saying the wrong stuff. And it will come up genuine as you\u2019re straight from the heart and there\u2019s no point kidding yourself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
