My late dad spent more than half his career in the insurance industry. I did not manage to meet the KPI I had set for myself to post an entry at least once a week. The truth is I got into an accident and my mind was set on recovering from it. In between I was tied up with the usual busyness of work and being Ruzain’s daddy.
