Found this interesting statement from a posting by the Inc. Magazine Facebook page on 28 February 2020, which included a video of Josh Luber explaining what he meant when he said this. Good perspective.
Basically what he’s saying is:
Ideas are worthless if it’s not executed. Stop holding back, put in the effort, follow through and make it happen.
