It’s been more than a week since I wrote anything. Without us realizing, it’s been a week since we started fasting. Time surely passes by so fast these days. Life has been hectic, nothing new. Adjusting to the norm of spending Ramadan indoors at home. I actually look forward to Ramadan every year, from the bazaars to rushing out to get a container (or 2) or my favorite bubur lambuk given away after Asr at Masjid Tengku Ampuan Jemaah, Bukit Jelutong and most of all, missing the tarawih prayers at the same mosque (also getting to see my 2 nephews...

Everyone has their share of challenges during this period. While mentally and physically drained, I’m thankful that I don’t have the headache (or heartache) of worrying about putting food on the table – a test accompanied by stress at a different level. As I was going through the day, it finally hit me that its only 10 more days to Ramadhan and this year, Ramadhan is going a totally...
